USCIS Online Customer Experience Engagement
Wednesday, August 30, 2023 | 2 – 3 p.m. Eastern
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services invites you to participate in a webinar on Wednesday, Aug. 30, from 2 to 3 p.m. Eastern, to learn about our online tools and new customer experience enhancements.
In recent months, we launched several new self-service tools and enhancements designed to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. New features include a self-service tool for online rescheduling of biometrics appointments and a myProgress (formerly known as personalized processing times) expansion for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.
Introducing these new tools and enhancements demonstrates USCIS’ ongoing commitment to advancing the goals of Executive Order on Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government Mandates (EO 14058). It is also an important step in our efforts to use technical solutions to reduce Contact Center wait times and the burden on applicants.
During the webinar, USCIS representatives will provide a step-by-step overview of each new tool and enhancement and respond to questions.
