Alert: On Oct. 15, 2024, we changed the filing location for Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, filed together with Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service. You should file these forms at the Phoenix, AZ and Elgin, IL lockbox locations instead of the USCIS facility in Montclair, CA. We will provide a 30-day grace period for forms mailed to the USCIS facility in Montclair, CA. The USCIS facility in Montclair, CA will reject any Form I-539 filed together with Form I-907 postmarked on or after Nov. 18, 2024.
