G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions
You may pay your filing fee and biometric services fee, if applicable, with a credit card issued by a U.S. bank, if you are filing:
- An application, petition, or request with a USCIS lockbox; or
- An application, petition, or request with the USCIS service centers.
There is no additional cost to file by credit card. We cannot accept a credit card issued by a foreign bank.

Complete Form G-1450 and place it on top of your application, petition, or request. Mail your application, petition, or request to the lockbox facility location listed in the “Where to File” section of the webpage for the form you are submitting.
