G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions

You may pay your filing fee and biometric services fee, if applicable, with a credit card issued by a U.S. bank, if you are filing:

  • An application, petition, or request with a  USCIS lockbox; or
  • An application, petition, or request with the USCIS service centers.

There is no additional cost to file by credit card. We cannot accept a credit card issued by a foreign bank.

11/15/21. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

Dates are listed in mm/dd/yy format.

If you complete and print this form to mail it in, make sure that the form edition date and page numbers are visible at the bottom of all pages and that all pages are from the same edition of the form. If any of the form’s pages are missing or are from a different edition of the form, we may reject your form.

Complete Form G-1450 and place it on top of your application, petition, or request. Mail your application, petition, or request to the lockbox location listed in the “Where to File” section of the webpage for the form you are submitting.
