G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions
You may pay your filing fee and biometric services fee, if applicable, with a credit card issued by a U.S. bank, if you are filing:
- An application, petition, or request with a USCIS lockbox; or
- An application, petition, or request with the USCIS service centers.
There is no additional cost to file by credit card. We cannot accept a credit card issued by a foreign bank.

If you complete and print this form to mail it in, make sure that the form edition date and page numbers are visible at the bottom of all pages and that all pages are from the same edition of the form.
