Start a Citizenship Program

The following set of resources can help you start a citizenship program. Use these resources to both develop and maintain a high-quality citizenship instruction program. This set of resources is a one-stop-shop for everything from the elements of a high-quality citizenship instruction program to information on how to develop a citizenship course curriculum and syllabus, choose a textbook, administer and coordinate a citizenship program, orient and retain students, and use volunteers to support your program. In addition to these resources, the train and develop staff section will help you ensure your program staff and administration can successfully implement your program.
