Ethan Cole, Acting Director, Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate

Ethan Cole became the acting director of the National Records Center (NRC) in the Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate on Aug. 3, 2020.

Cole previously worked at the NRC as the chief of staff, Management Branch chief, and supervisory mission support specialist over Human Resources and Training.

Before joining USCIS, Cole spent 10 years at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service, Kansas City Financial Center, where he served in various leadership positions and managed a range of payments operations.
