Compensation

  • We follow the General Schedule pay scale.
  • For qualifying (hard to fill) positions, we may offer tuition repayment assistance, recruitment, relocation, and retention incentives.

Vacation, Sick Leave and Work Schedules

  • 11 paid holidays each year.
  • Up to 13 days of sick leave annually.
  • Up to 26 days of annual leave.
  • Flexible or compressed work schedules may be available.

Retirement

  • Three-part retirement system including the Federal Employees Retirement System, Social Security and the Thrift Savings Plan, similar to a 401(k), with agency-matching contributions.
